Yesterday was a busy day, had a morning out, breakfast out, got back home around noon. Did not feel very perky, actually felt downright YUK....but since I posted my project pic I knew I had to
"get 'er done" so I headed to the fridge and flung all that was not up to par. Looks better now, still have the shopping, and meal planning and other things related to do, but that will be an ongoing project.
For today I will focus on maintaining, no new project, I have to make sure all I have done stays in tip top order. I may dillydally with some laundry, there are always dishes, maybe clean out a few closets, clothes are still in need of attention...Sooooo Here I GO GO GO!!!
9 Days in April
A blog to follow me and see what I can accomplish as far as digging out from under a mountain of mess.

Day Four- Time is beginning to just FLY!!!
Isn't it always the way, things start off steady and before you know it the time has begun to speed up and panic begins to set in as you realize you are not making the progress you had envisioned. Soooo I will just breathe and pick another area to work on. BABY STEPS! I have to keep remembering that especially when I start to get overwhelmed. Today I have decided to tackle my fridge, and that job has many facets. You see fridge = food = shopping= meal planning. So they are my goals, I will not get to all of them on this day but I can make a plan and work on it in chunks. Today will be the clean-out, and maybe a shopping list. Have a great day, I am going fridge flinging.

Cellarway became part of today!!
Since this area is right near ROOM 3, it was also tackled. A sneak attack so to speak but look at it before and after....still need to utilize the storage spaces I have...All in good time...BABY STEPS get the jobs done!
Let The SUN Shine IN!!!!!!!
After a bumpy beginning to my day, just feeling YUK, I still managed to muddle thru. Cleaning and making a commitment to change is difficult, one reason being that we want all things to be INSTANT. We must take into account that the things that took years to become so messed up will take more than an instant to fix, so remember to not get paralyzed when you see it all and get overwhelmed. Just take your baby steps and do a little each day...and when your house is shining, remember then to MAINTAIN each day what you have done to get it shining.....
Mopped the floor, dusted the furniture, cleared the junk, organized what I could, and now I am happy with this...looks good and smells good..... Ahhhh the sunshine.....Feeling much better now!! :-)))

DAY THREE - Time to Pick A new PROJECT Room
I have to be honest, I am feeling a little whipped today. A little headache, a little sore from all the moving of stuff, but I will move on with this, do not have time to waste. Today I will set my focus on my back room. It needs some clearing, some dusting, some mopping of the floor, windows maybe if the weather is warm. My alternate focus will be paper mountains in the clutter buckets..I sure don't want thme to be forgotten, THEY MUST BE DEALT WITH!!!

Room Two Day Two....Looking good so far...
Well I mopped floor, dusted, vacuumed, wiped and cleared out the junk ( it is just moved, hopefully by end o f week I can go thru and purge the paper circus that is taking over) Feeling good about this.
Another View...and WHY it takes sooooo long ...
When I really clean, I tear it all apart and then wipe, and scrub, and mop, etc until I am happy with knowing I have gotten all the dust bunnies, all the grime goblins, all the footed fingerprints.....so here is the room torn up, but soon to be looking Mahvelous!!!
